What are your booking policies?To secure your stay, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before check-in. We recommend booking early — our properties are popular and fill quickly!

Can I modify my booking?Booking dates are fixed once confirmed. Please book when your plans are certain, as we can’t guarantee availability for changes.

Can I get a refund if I check out early?Refunds for early departures or unused nights aren’t available. We hope you enjoy your full stay with us!

What time is check-in and check-out?Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This allows us time to clean and prepare for the next guests.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?Yes — subject to availability. Early check-in (from 12:30 PM) or late check-out (until 12:00 PM) is available for $95 AUD. Please reach out in advance to arrange this.

How do I access the property?All of our homes offer contactless self-check-in using a keyless entry system or lockbox. Your unique code will be shared 24 hours before arrival.

Are linens and towels provided?Yes! Each guest receives fresh linen and one plush towel. You're welcome to bring extras if needed.

Can I have guests over during my stay?Only registered guests listed on your reservation are permitted. This helps us maintain a quiet, safe environment for everyone.

What if I’m bringing an infant?Infants are welcome! Please note, our homes are not baby-proofed. A travel cot can be provided for a $50 setup fee — just let us know when booking.

Is there Wi-Fi?Yes, all properties include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Details will be provided prior to check-in and also available in your welcome guide.

How do I access shared facilities like a gym or pool?If applicable, one access fob will be provided. Additional fobs cannot be issued, so we suggest coordinating shared facility use with your group.

Can I throw a party or event?Our properties are strictly no-party zones. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM, out of respect for neighbours.

Are pets allowed?Some of our homes may be pet-friendly — please check the listing or message us before booking. Restrictions and cleaning fees may apply.

What happens if there’s an issue during my stay?We’re here to help! If something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

What if I lose a personal belonging during my stay?We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings, so we recommend storing valuables securely and considering travel insurance for added peace of mind. However, if you misplace something, please notify our team as soon as possible. We’ll coordinate with our cleaning staff to search the property and do our best to assist in locating your item. Shipping fees will apply.

What if I’m injured during my stay?While we take every precaution to provide a safe space, guests are responsible for their own safety and use of the property.

What should I do before checking out?Please leave the home tidy, take out the rubbish, and place used towels in the laundry basket. No need to strip the beds — we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I store my luggage after check-out?We don’t offer luggage storage at this time, but we’re happy to recommend nearby services if needed.

What if I leave something behind?Let us know as soon as possible! We’ll do our best to locate and return your items. Shipping fees will apply.

What amenities are included?All homes include high-speed Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, fresh linens, towels, and a guest guide with local recommendations.

Is smoking allowed?All of our properties are strictly non-smoking. Additional cleaning fees apply if this rule is breached.
